UTS ServicePros provides window and door field service coverage across the lower 48 states and western Canada, and has served Alaska and Hawaii on past programs. We support field service needs on behalf of leading manufacturers and coordinate service activity through our centralized operations team in Richardson, Texas.
When a service request is received for a specific location, UTS identifies qualified independent professionals in that region who meet the project requirements. Professionals in our network operate independently and are engaged on a per-project basis, retaining full control over how services are performed.
Project information, logistics, and scheduling details are handled through our internal platform, and payment for completed work is processed directly by UTS in accordance with the contractor agreement.
